Flocculator with Stand
The Blue River Technologies flocculator will gently mix a prepared flocculant solution with the sludge to separate the water from the solids, which coagulate into clumps. This process requires a thorough mixing of the chemical with the sludge but without overmixing. The mixer includes a stand to easily move the flocculator closer to the dewatering bag’s location.
Hard-Piped Flocculator
The Blue River Technologies hard-piped flocculator will also combine the flocculant solution with the present wastewater and sludge to separate the water from the solids. Hard-piped flocculators are for permanent installations that allow dewatering without hooking up hoses or attaching fittings.
Blue River Dewatering Box
Blue River Technologies can provide 20 or 30-yard dewatering roll-off boxes fitted with drainage pipes, netting, and stop rails for draining geotextile container bags or liners efficiently.
Smooth sidewalls or the bottom of a steel roll-off can bind the bag and slow the dewatering process. Many dewatering boxes have false bottoms made from expanded metal that will rust out, and the bag can be cut or restricted from sliding out at the landfill. Perforated steel false floors blind nearly 50% of the bag or liner and slow the drainage process.
